Garden salad and Dijon dressing 


Salad

1 Romain lettuce chopped

1 bell pepper color of your choice sliced

8 tomatoes halved or quartered 

1/2 sweet  onion sliced 

1 cup yellow corn 

4 boiled eggs halved or quartered


2. Dressing

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar 

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon white pepper 

1/2 teaspoon fresh garlic

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon honey

Mix very well chill until needed


1 chicken breast cut into three slices

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1/2  teaspoon sesame oil 

1/2 garlic chili paste

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper 

Mix spices, oil and chicken let marinate for one hour before grilling or baking on low broil
