Cinnamon Rolls


A 15-minute dessert recipe that will blow your mind.


INGREDIENTS (BASED ON 1 PIZZA DOUGH):

1 store bought pizza dough

1/3 cup of all-purpose flour for dusting

½ cup of melted butter with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

½ cup of Demerara

½ cup of Turbinado

3 tablespoons of cinnamon 

4 tablespoons of crushed walnuts 


GLAZE:

2 tablespoons of condensed milk

1 pack of Philadelphia cream cheese 

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 tablespoon of Amaretto






DIRECTIONS:

1. Roll the pizza dough in a circle shape until it’s about 1/8 inch thick.

2. Melt ½ cup of butter and spread throughout the rolled dough.

3. Mix Demerara and Turbinado sugar and cinnamon along with crushed walnuts in a bowl.

4. Place mixture on top of the pizza dough and spread evenly. 

5. Carefully roll the dough. 

6. Cut the dough into even slices, about 2 to 2.5 inches thick. 

7. Arrange the slices in a baking pan and place on bottom rack of your oven. 

8. Bake at 375F for about 15 minutes, or until deep golden brown. 

9. Drizzle glaze over rolls as they’re still warm.

10. Serve and enjoy!
